Summary
As the original print failed to allow the hook to enter the back of the tray, it forced me to edit the item to make a perfect fit. This took a short amount of time to correct and was then printed with success.

How I Designed This
I used the original part to get me 90% to the finish product.
Using Tinkercad with its basic shapes, I was able to remove parts from under the hook, and then added a small key and retaining clip. A robust and quality print and took 30 minutes to edit and then start the print.
Pictures show the result and tray it is used for.
