Summary

This project is a work in progress. There are several changes that will be made in the near future to improve ease of assembly and printing. The STLs provided are for a Marker Jester/Griffon binding template. Revised files, and additional files for other heel and toe patterns will be added in the near future. If you would like a specific binding template added, reach out to me and I will prioritize your template.

I have created an adjustable self-centering ski binding mounting jig. This tool is for assisting in installation of alpine and touring ski bindings. The target for this product is the DIY audience and aims to create a more accurate way to mount bindings than existing paper templates for a relatively low cost compared to professional installation or existing professional jigs. For the product to solve the existing problems with paper templates, it is easily centered and locked in place, maintains dimensional accuracy of holes, assists in centering of holes during drilling, and can easily be adjusted to different length boot soles. Interchangeability between different binding templates is also possible for users who want to mount multiple binding models. This product is a low-cost alternative to professional jigs that still provides the same accuracy and confidence when mounting bindings.
