Trojan T-28 (2-meter) soft tires

Summary

Soft TPU tires for Eflite Trojan T-28, 2 meter version.

Split part with your slicer. (Mesh tools, split model into parts, then delete the part you want to print second). The idea is to have a hard inner rim and a soft outer tire.

Tread (outer part): Infill 15%, Top and Bottom 3 layers, 3 walls, grid infill
20% is too hard. More top and bottom layers also make the wheel to hard.

Inner rim: 10 walls, 6 top and bottom layers, Infill 90%, grid infill
80% infill is too wobbly. 100% unnecessary hard.
Print this part 1% larger for a nice fit.

I use TPU as it will withstand the summer temperatures. Gyroid infill was not stable enough.

Glue together with superglue.
