Garbage Can Grocery Bag Hook v4

Summary

Simple clip design updated to better fit standard plastic kitchen garbage cans, including Rubbermaid designs with a flip up lid. This clip allows a standard groucery bag to be used as a mini-garbage bag when four clips are attached to the sides and the two loop hooks on the grocery bag are hung on the hooks.

While listed as a remix, substantially all of the design was redone in TinkerCad and the angles and lengths of the segments were changed to ensure the clip grips the edge of the garbage can.

Nice option for households that do not generate a lot of trash.

Used standard white PLA. A stronger version could be printed in nylon.

Tested on both the Bambu Labs X1-C Carbon and the Original Prusa XL (5 head printed using a single head).

  Substantial remix, essentially new design of Grocery Bag holder. Use four (4) of these clips to hold a plastic grocery bag inside your kitchen garbage can. Modified design fits our Rubbermaid kitchen garbage can substantially better than the original mix. This design adds a segment to keep the hook attached solidly to the rim of the garbage can and has a short hook segment to keep the grocery bag from lifting off the hook as easily.

  Provides an easy way to have a smaller bag of garbage if your household does not generate a substantial amount of trash. Offers a way to reuse grocery bags when recycling is not handy.
