Summary
Needed three replacement friction thumbwheels for Lexus RX350 roof rack and of course they're not sold separately. Found a thumbwheel and remixed it to work with a 6mm bolt. For the Lexus needs one 40mm long. After printing the bolt hole needs a quick ream with a drill but the head of the bolts I used fit nicely. I wouldn't try to thread and then push the head in ... make sure the threads slip cleanly through the hole.
