Summary
I made this stackable tray to address three problems I had:
With other tray designs, if you hold a stack of them in one hand, they fall apart. While it may look scary to hold them like in the photo, they are completely stable and won't separate! This is because of the feet.
To fit objects of various sizes, not just screws and small items. Batteries, buttons, joystick assemblies etc. are pretty big!
Stacking and unstacking them is easy and you don't have to be precise. They just fall into place.

The settings don't matter. This is a very forgiving print. I chose PETG because it's more flexible but PLA works fine, too.
The only thing you have to be careful of is to avoid warping in the corners. The feet need to be flat for the "hold a stack in one hand" feature to work.
