Summary

This is a "ramp" for the locking collar of Saeco Aroma espresso machines, as well as many other Saeco and Saeco -based machines. These are not available from Saeco without replacing the whole locking collar, as far as I know.

The ramps are the plastic bits that the filter holder pushes against. A symptom of worn ramps is that coffee spills out the side of the filter holder.

The original ramps have a 90 degrees stop, I designed mine with a sloped stop, to better handle the pressure, and a small ridge to make it easier to take them out. The photo shows worn originals and my design.

I print these either in FDM or resin printers, but I've found that resin produces parts that are stiffer and more robust.
