Summary

This addition enables the embroidery of baseball caps with the Janome Memory Craft 550E in combination with the RE20b frame.

The peak of the baseball cap should not be longer than 65-68mm.

Additional parts:

2x M6x8x8
knurled screw M6 thread length approx. 12.7mm/0.47in
e.g. (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3609770)

An outline of the inner frame of the RE20b (umriss_svg.stl) and the corresponding Openscad files are included for adjustments.

A brief summary of the steps for creating the basic shape (Umriss_SVG.stl) is contained in the file Create.txt.
This includes:
2D-scan.jpg (scan of the inner frame)
Umriss.png (black outline of the frame as an image)
Umriss.svg (black outline of the frame as SVG)

Diese Ergänzung ermöglicht das Besticken von Baseball caps mit der Janome Memory Craft 550E in Verbindung mit dem Rahmen RE20b.

Der Schirm der Baseball Cap sollte nicht über 65-68mm lang sein.

Für Anpassungen sind ein Umriss des Innenrahmen des RE20b (umriss_svg.stl) sowie die zugehörigen openscad-Dateien dabei.

Eine kurze Zusammenstellung der Schritte zur Erzeugung der Grundform (Umriss_SVG.stl) ist in der Datei Create.txt enthalten.
Dazu gehören:
