Summary

I didn't get the deluxe larger box so had to improvise a way to try and fit most of the stuff into the core box for portability. Note that there are a few customisations and quirks involved as I was designing these on the fly and I'm a novice with the software (detailed later).

What Fits In: All the Core box + All the 5 Year operator packs + Promos + manuals in the core box without lift lid.
What is separate/ Doesn't Fit: Cardboard terrain + 3d terrain. The Alternate Minis.
optional : Additional Maps (which will introduce lid lift as shown in the pictures). If only core box map + manuals then no lift lid.

Customisations/ Things to Note:

Standee Clips - The ones included with the core box are unnecessarily large and ugly. I printed SLA clips from Xavier Faraudo's excellent collection(https://www.printables.com/en/model/180017-3000-token-stands) and have included the particular file with this make. You could print using a FDM printer but will need a smaller nozzle and it'll take a lot more time (x50 clips).
As shown in the attacker (blue minis) tray - Kali is about 1/2 - 1 mm larger then the alloted space. Being lazy and having to go back and waste time and PLA to redesign it for just this, I just used a heat gun to warp the plastic a touch. Someone may rejig this tray to make it fit more nicely.
The hidden defender tokens slot under the mini - note that Alibi has 3 so one will sit loosely above the others.
There was no space for the hostage so I had them sit loosely in the defender tray. Someone might be able to rejig this and add another holding slot.
The bomb cage houses the bombs and 6 siege round marker upside down and has a cutout for the blue bomb to fit down nicely.
I also designed vinyl insignia stickers to be used on the bases of the minis - you can find on BGG (https://boardgamegeek.com/filepage/276995/operator-insignia-stickers).
There was literally no room for the dice to fit in their own tray (nicely), so I wedged them between trays. They can be held in place from jiggling by the long plastic ruler if desired. If someone can figure out a nicer way let me know =P
