Summary
Made a long neck and base with 20mm pitch for Ender V2 and Ender V3 KE. There two bores on each side for a 3mm heated threaded insert for filament runout sensors (especially stock KE).
After I wall mounted my filament spools (because of shaking), I took off the stock holder and replaced with this guide. You can use the threaded holes on the KE or T-nuts on the V2. This will work in any extrusion frame with the correct t-nuts or other printers with a 20mm pitch between fasteners. I printed this in PETG
