3D MODEL SHARING REGULATIONS FOR NUTCRACKER

This Model Sharing Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on 02/12/2023, by and between:

Roberto_makerbot, hereinafter referred to as the "Sharer";

and

Recipient or Entity, located , hereinafter referred to as the "Recipient."

Collectively referred to as the "Parties."

WHEREAS, the Sharer has designed a three-dimensional STL model ("Model") for nutcracker ;

WHEREAS, the Sharer wishes to share the Model with the Recipient for educational purposes and support community collaboration;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and covenants contained herein, the Parties agree as follows:

SHARING OF 3D MODEL:
The Sharer grants the Recipient a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, reproduce, and distribute the Model solely for educational and non-commercial purposes. The Model may be used as provided, without modifications.

ATTRIBUTION:
The Recipient agrees to attribute the Sharer as the original creator of the Model in all presentations, publications, or documents related to the use of the Model.

INTERNATIONAL LEGAL COMPLIANCE:
The Parties acknowledge and agree that the Model complies with all applicable international laws and regulations. The Recipient shall be responsible for compliance with local laws.

NON-COMMERCIAL USE:
The Model is provided for educational and non-commercial purposes only. The Recipient agrees not to use the Model for any commercial or profit-driven activities.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY:
The Model is provided "as is," without any warranty or guarantee of any kind. The Sharer assumes no responsibility or liability for any damages arising from the use of the Model.

CONTACT FOR COMMERCIALIZATION:
Any party interested in commercializing the Model must contact the Sharer directly to negotiate specific terms and conditions.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:
Logos and rights are owned by their respective proprietors, and this Agreement does not confer any rights to such intellectual property.

GOVERNING LAW:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of internationl, excluding any conflict of law principles.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties here to have executed this 3D Model Sharing Agreement as of the Effective Date.
