Hey there!

I've designed this doorcard plastic tab to replace old, broken ones. It seems to be holding better than the original ones. I've used PLA to print the first test ones, but other more heat tolerant materials might be better for hot summer days. You may add a foam ring around the bigger circle that meets with the car's door.

I've printed it with 50% infill, as it will print the structural parts without infill anyways. You may increase this, but I would not recommend going below 50%.

Print on it's side with full supports and brim, that way it will have strong ribs where it attaches to the car's door.
