Ich habe die Halterung modifiziert, um eine bessere Führung des Filaments zu ermöglichen. Das Filament wird nun länger geführt, was die Durchbiegung des Filaments weiter reduzieren sollte. Außerdem habe ich einen Clip erstellt um das korrekte abschneiden des PTFE Schlauchs zu erleichtern.

Um den PTFE Schlauch korrekt abzuschneiden einfach den Clip mit den Schrauben, mit welchen der Extruder befestigt ist, mit anschrauben. Den PTFE Schlauch so weit wie möglich in den Extruder schieben. Dann den PTFE Schlauch unter leichtem Druck mit einem Scalpell oder einem anderen geeigneten Messer bündig zum Clip abschneiden. Der Überstand beträgt dann genau die benötigten 1,5 mm. Anschließend kann wie beim originalen Design der Halter montiert werden. Hierfür den Clip wieder entfernen.

Da bei mir die Kabel zum Extrudermotor in der neuen Konfiguration etwas kurz waren habe ich diese abgeschnitten und ein Kabel dazwischen gelötet. Mit den Standartkabeln wäre nicht mehr die volle Bauhöhe möglich gewesen.

I have modified the holder to ensure better guidence of the filament. The unguided distance has ben reduced to further reduce slack of the filament. I also designed a clip for an easier and more accurate cutting of the PTFE-tube.

To cut the PTFE-tube correctly simply screw the clip with the hotend screws onto the cage. Insert the PTFE Tube as far into the hotend as possible. Then under light pressure cut the PTFE-tube flush with the clip. This ensures the PTFE-tube is 1.5 mm longer then the end of the cage. Afterwards the holder can be mounted. Therefore the clip must first be removed.

In the new position the cables leading to the extruder were a bit short. Therefore i cut the original wires and soldered in different ones to lenghten them. Otherwise i could not have used the full build height anymore.
