It will fit a common BIC pen insert.

Post-Printing
The pen is printed in 2 separate pieces, after printing a drop of cyanoacrylate is more than enough to glue the plunger to the main body.
There are 2 files, the pen and the tester.
Print the tester first and scale it down until it will fit nicely to the pen insert.
Once you find what size is the right one, print the pipette pen scaling it down to the same value of the tester.
