Summary

I know there are already so many options, but I think this is the laziest! Rear cable guide for those that don't want to assemble a chain or find screws.

Stops the cables from getting caught on the print bed when it moves around.

Use cable ties to lock them in, or any fastener you have handy, string works too! Just pull the rail cover off the back (or pry with the scraper, it has some glue under there), and install this.

You can see pictured the angle I printed on, and I manually added 4 supports in the areas of overhand, the rest of it is handled fine by the printer. I translated the model 2mm into the print bed for better adhesion.

Note that the "spikes" that insert into the back may needs some cleaning up, they're only a layer or so thick, so I just trimmed as required with the Ender snips.
