Summary

This is just a 3D-printed shell that covers 2x18650 battery container, USB-C charging port for 2S batteries and fits right-sided goggle battery belt place. All electronic parts were ordered at Aliexpress and not expensive.

The set consists of 4 parts:

The base: it has stoppers for 2x18650 container, slot for 2A mini USB-C charger, mini-window to observe charger status led
The top cover: it keeps charger in proper place
3x4mm white (transparent) component for led window
Cable cover (optional)
Capacity Indicator holder (optional)

I used the following filaments:

ASA (grey): base, top, indicator holder;
PLA (white): 3x4mm for led window
TPU for 5.5x2.1mm 2S cable cover

I used the following components ordered from Aliexpress:

2x18650 container: $1.66
2S 2A USB-C mini-charger $1.82
L-shaped 5.5x2.1mm cable $2.19
2S 7.4V battery indicator $2.02 (optional)
Grand total: $5.67 ($7.69)

July 9, 2023 update:

You can enhance case by 5-level battery capacity indicator from Aliexpress. The holder for indicator has been added to the model. The simplest solution is to drill a hole in original case for wires and attach holder with superglue. The holder is relatively tight, do not put indicator full before you glue the holder to the case surface.

Post-Printing

Polishing ASA surfaces

I used raft as a build plate adhesion type for ASA printing. Using acetone for polishing purposes can help top (cover) and bottom (base) parts look better.
