Summary

The part is printed in two pieces. They are two halves of a knob. The halves are glued together after inserting a metal bolt through one of the halves. This replaces an original handle for turning the bolt by hand. It tightens an umbrella post to its metal stand. The design is simple but it represents working with two materials for an end goal.

Post-Printing

Use sand paper to remove excess material. I used a drummel to clean-out the inside of the bolt cavity after the print was done.

Custom Section

Working on EXTREMELY simple projects like this one allows me to keep my Fusion 360 design knowledge fresh in my mind. I've found that the simpler the project the less chance of there being unexpected and discouraging problems. We need a few easy wins once in a while. Right?
